From start to finish it was easy to understand all that is required of the borrower and to navigate through all the steps. Very nice & knowledgeable associates I interacted with throughout the process. I've been a customer for a few years and find Rocket Mortgage to be very trustworthy.
You scheduled three different closing dates that did not happen. Why? Why not get everything together that you need before notifying the buyer and seller of a closing date. It worked to my advantage however so can't be too irratated about it.
The closing went very well.Great notary, she did a great job. It went faster than we anticipated.
Initially it seemed like the team was here to educate me and help me get this closed but the more questions I asked and the more I wanted to learn and understand the process of buying a home I got less and less contact. Everything felt like"sign here ask questions later". They refuse to keep me in the loop on everything going on but my loan banker Robert was the most amazing part of the whole experience. If you get him you'll be in good hands.
We have had nothing but good words for Rocket! Jaylen was amazing to work with and our closer Lisa was as well.
Early in the process, I was told I would be the ONLY person who would need to be present for the closing. The night before, I was informed that my wife would also need to be present, but she wasn't available. Called Rocket Mortgage to reschedule; they said they would call back, but nobody ever called back. Thus, as of now, no new closing date is scheduled.

Was told id recieve two months before payment was due. At closing i only received one month. Other than this issue everything was easy to do.
Loved being at all times informed by the heads of the different phases...Just waiting to see what happens from the Title Company, I guess.. to inform and register with our Courthouse the change of ownership.
None of the checks that were provided to me for my creditors matched the amounts owed on each account.
Everything was available online to presign so the process was super fast. Andora Campbell was super nice and explained everything I was signing.

I was moved from agent to agent, and there seemed to be a lot of confusion between them. They asked me for documents I had already submitted and gave me wrong info several times.
The loan process was very frustrating with incorrect paperwork being AI generated multiple times and not reviewed by the loan originator before it came to me. I understand the use of AI but it should be reviewed by a qualified loan professional before being sent to a client. The close process was easy and the highlight of the experience. The closing was went took my rating from 1 star to 2 stars.
A few things. We wanted to sell the house for 100,000. They got that part messed up and only had us getting 97,600. Then the appraisal was too low and I needed to contest it. I emailed them and spoke to them about it. We had no communication back from them unless we initiated it. Then finally they called my Daughter and had everything mixed up. No one was looking into the appraisal. I had to call on Friday and spoke to someone-Jordan and now he is handling it. We have been dealing with Ben and Ryan and apparently they do not talk to each other.
