Great experience
Chris made it happen when I didn't think it could. No headaches or stress at all. Quick workable options that set me up for a successful budget after a divorce.
Excellent customer service and communication.
I have been with Rocket Mortgage for a very long time and have always had excellent service and no issues. As a current customer, the refinance process was fairly straightforward and secure. The mortgage expert gave clear step by step instructions. After submitting some required documents, it took approximately 7 days to complete the transaction and close on the new loan.
