We are a growing small business and our demand for carbon fiber really shot up this year. Heather was very helpful in explain how a blanket PO works. We look forward to continuing to work with Rock West Composite.
Rock West Composites always seems to have the carbon-fiber pieces that I need. The purchase process is easy and they have great communication emails that keep you informed at every stage of the process.
The product is great, but it took a while (back ordered)
Once I got used to your store on the website, It was easy. It was a little problematic that it kept forgetting my filters. Personally, I don't like the all-digital customer experience. But I love all the dimensional, tolerance, and engineering data you offer on each tube. As a designer, you saved me from a serious error.
I appreciate Emily Lewis' help when placing my order.
High-quality product, very good customer support
Great product, price and fadt delivery
We place orders with your company and nothing gets shipped out that day even though we pay anywhere from $850 to $2800 for next day or 2nd day shipping. Then we expect the product to ship the next day and that doesn't happen either. It is also very hard to get anyone on the phone and if we do, they don't really want to talk to us and they state that it may take a few days to get our order shipped.
Great service and excellent products
Order was easy to place and arrived promptly.
Immediate shipment. Material arrived as spec’d
I bought a bracket and it is very soft, I don’t believe it is carbon
Rock West makes it easy to understand and implement a technical subject most users of composites either don't know about, or don't fully understand how it affects their projects. Bond line controllers seem to be one of the best kept secrets in composite construction.
Great product, super fast shipping
RWC provided me with the material I needed to grow my business. Fast delivery, transparent pricing, and high quality engineering fibers… what more could I ask for? Thanks RWC!
Both times I wrote my inquiry was answered quickly and after receiving my response to their question and suggestion, their recommended product met my needs perfectly.
Exactly what I was looking for. No issues at all.
I ordered 3 products and delivery the next day and UPS delivered 2 boxes the next day and one came the next day and the delivery was very expensive
