Great products and decent customer service. The products are top quality but I had a lot of problems with their online catalog and titles/sizes not matching the descriptions within them. Plus inventories are not accurate. I got an email notification from their customer service rep indicating that they were out of stock on an item that was clear that they had stock at the time of order. A bit of hassle.
If you call their customer service number directly, no one will ever pickup and they want you to leave a message or email them. Seems at odds of providing of phone number and asking people to call them.
I was able to bypass that and get to the inventory management person and she was very helpful and responsive, so kudos' there. I'm very happy with what I got but the buying experience lacked that credibility that might prevent me from buying there again.

But communication is not.
It takes weeks to get a response for some reason and the phone system is worthless over there.

Order taking and contacting the sales department went fine. Only difficulty was no way to communicate with the shipping department by phone. I used the email, but it wasn’t a responded to. I did receive shipping notification to set my mind at ease a couple hours later.

Kit really came with everything I needed. I was able to do a test wet layup the day after it arrived. Plenty of material to do several parts and more than enough epoxy. Probably enough for 2-3 times as much fabric as the kit comes with. Really good starter kit. Have a scale or your own measuring cups to ratio the mixture though, the ones that come with the kit don’t have markings.

While we did not meet your expectations, I see that you placed an order on 02/15/25 and requested to cancel, which was done on 02/17/25. You then placed an order on 03/14/25, and since Rock West Composites works a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off, the new order was not received until the following Monday. Unfortunately, some of the items you ordered were out-of-stock; at this point, an email was provided on 03/18 with a ship date of 04/05, which was a Saturday and should have been listed as 04/07. You provided an address change, and we shipped accordingly, having your order arrive no later than Wednesday, April 9th. We do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Great product assortment and such high quality tubes. Excited to make these tubes a key part of my marine project.
The signage to find the Will Call area for pickup could use a little updating but that was a small matter.
