I have used several brands, but your material was easy to use and looked great at the end. I will definitely order again.
Item listing did not have the correct weight and emailing the company has not been helpful.
I ordered 11 lbs of INF-213 Gougeon Pro Set Hardener from Rock West. Gougeon states it has a 2-year shelf life. I have been using 213 regularly for two years with not problems, but this batch did not harden properly one month after receiving it. I then noticed it was past its shelf life. i contacted Emily Lewis in customer support several times but she does not bother to reply.
Thank you for the one-star review. Getting these is never easy; we strive to be the best for our customers' needs. We at Rock West Composites always look for ways to improve our processes. While there was some communication, your return request to finalize was overlooked last week. We value our customers and apologize for the delay and lack of communication.
I disliked that I submitted my order on Thursday July 18th - I paid expedite for UPS Next Day - and my order did not ship until Monday July 22nd.
Quick and easy ordering and great communication on the status of the order.
Conscientious Product Managers who were knowledgeable about their product and provided valuable assistance in selecting the materials for our product. After a few conversations, we were confident that Rock West was the best organization for material supply. Communication after our order was fabulous. Delivered product was outstanding!
