I was promised a 50 % reduction and could only get 5% on the order form. Then I looked at reviews and started to question their whole marketing campaign. They seem to produce shoddy work. I cancelled my order. It seemed too good to be true...usually a sign that it is probably not good.

They show pictures from gorgeous clothes, but what they ship is NOT the fabric they show but cheapest synthetic with a print of the fabric, NOT the fabric itself. I tried to get a refund but without success. They offered first a 20% discount on my next buy, and then 30%. LOL I HOPE YOU READ MY WARNING BEFORE YOU SENT THEM YOUR MONEY! In my humble opinion, Rococity commits customer fraud.

The items advertised on their website and their pictures are nothing like the products received. Quality is crap, not linen like the shirts they post. Received a very poor print on a polyester shirt, which even mimics linen natural appearance. Total crap & scam! Avoid this website at all costs and don't fall for fancy advertising on social media.

Attention to everyone reading this review: 99% of the good reviews here are from Rococity’s shills, and the other 1% must either be blind or foolish. I just received my order, and it’s a complete bait-and-switch. The photos show beautiful embroidery and quality fabric, but what I actually got was just a cheap printed pattern on awful material that’s basically unwearable. If I could upload photos, I would—but unfortunately, that’s not an option here. Just a reminder, even if you use a credit card for payment, you can still dispute the charge to get your money back.

After 1 month, the product arrived, with a very different quality and appearance, and it was of low value and poor quality. I would not have bought this product for $1. I am very upset about this. Why do you use such photos and send products of extremely poor quality? It's like a scam.

What was shipped is NOTHING like what's on the website - different material (cheap synthetic material), different look (pants do not have gather at legs as in website) and print is very bad. So I will call it a scam..... although they did send something but totally misrepresented. Be warned. Returns conditions also unreasonable as we have to pay for shipment

Total misrepresentation of their product. I ordered a cotton/linen printed shirt, which, the image shows as a textured fabric and heavy material. What I received, was a thin polyester printed shirt, slightly smaller than than the size I specified. It looks nothing like the image on the website. It was also twice the cost of a shirt I could have purchased locally.
