Products not as advertised
Ordered two shirts, both advertised as "embroidered" linen. When the items finally arrived today, neither one was embroidered but instead the patterns were crudely printed on cheap fabric. I have contacted their customer service department by email. All in all, very, very disappointed with what is obviously misrepresented, inferior products.
Material not as advertised
I ordered some shirts, with samurai cat prints. Surprisingly the print quality was good (i expected it worse after reading other comments here) The delivery time was OK, about 2 weeks. The problem is the material quality, DEFINATELY NOT 80% COTTON AS STATED. I would say 100% polyester or some other plastic synthetic feeling material, NON BREATHABLE. You sweat easily, but at least they look impressive. Also, one of the shirts that was supposed to be embroidered, was printed.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! If I could leave a zero star rating I would. People, the pictures are AI generated and when they say 'Embroidered linen' you actually get cheap printing on polyester. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Dishonest promotion, poor quality, bad service
I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order for 2 shirts and a pair of shorts on Aug 15. To begin with, claiming that the decoration on the products is "embroidered" is an outright lie. It's just printed on cheap cloth. The shirts were too small. I emailed politely asking for a refund on one of them and a larger replacement for the other on Sept 6. No response. Emailed again Sept 25. No response. I no longer expect one. Rococity does not deserve even 1 star. They should not be allowed to market their junk.

As per all comment the pictures are excellent however actual goods delivered are just cheap printed shirt and not embroidered. Ask for refund try to hustle me to settler for sales discount of which I totally refuse and after a few email told me need to refer to other department. Do not purchase from this online store. You will definitely be disappointed.

Rococity advertise embroidered shirts and other clothing from what appears to be a USA based seller - only to find upon receipt that the products are unmarked cheap Chinese made PRINTS which are so poorly printed and of such LOW QUALITY material that they are NOT EVEN USEFUL AS DISH RAGS !!!! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS CROWD OF SCAMMERS!!
