DO NOT BUY! COMPLETE SCAM! None of the products are even close to the pictures. Bought sweaters that we meant to be knitted. Instead they send printed cheap hoodies. And then they ask you to pay the return charges too. Simply a scam.

I can only echo everything said in the other one star reviews. I can only assume that the 5 star review was written by someone associated with Rococity. This is a shame as I am sure that somewhere this clothing exists as advertised. Useful lesson about buying through social media without checking the company. Buyer beware .
Ya they’re scam quality
Ha, you got me Rococity keep my money. I’m not usually so gullible. The quality of shirts I received… is about the same as the $10 fancy dress outfits you get in joke stores. I don’t know what type of nylon plastic they used to make them, but I’d be nervous wearing this shirt within 10m of a live flame.

Products are really poor quality. Once received I tried to return them but first they take more than a week to respond to the emails and secobd they won't allow the return as produced in China. Please avoid at all costs, end product is really different from what advertised. material

I am really disappointed with Rococity. The dresses I ordered did not match the photos on the website at all – the fabric quality looked extremely cheap and inferior. Despite repeatedly contacting customer service, I only received inadequate voucher offers and no real solution. It seems like customer concerns are not taken seriously here. I would not recommend purchasing from Rococity.

These people are complete scammers
These people are complete scammers. They advertised linen mix shirts and sent cheap and nasty nylon shirts. When I complained and requested my money back the offered me a discount voucher on my next purchase. On what possible planet did they think I would ever buy from them in the future.

Really like the designs available, however service/ delivery seems to be painfully slow. Products still not left supplier after order confirmed over one week ago. Ordered things from other companies at the same time - all arrived last week.
