Hi Sandria, Thank you for your wonderful review! We're happy to hear that you had some good responses to your ad. All the best, The Roomies Team
The reminders to be cautious and not give out information casually, as well as having a dedicated chatroom on the website to discuss options for roommates was very helpful in maintaining safety. There weren’t many options, at least not many that fit my criteria, possibly due to a low number of users, but it hindered my search and I found a place elsewhere. New listings are infrequent, or I receive notifications for listings that are hours away from my desired location(s).
Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that the safety reminders and on-platform messaging features helped you feel more secure while searching. We also appreciate your feedback regarding listing availability and location relevance. The number of available rooms can vary significantly by area and demand, and we’re always working to grow the community and improve the search experience. Thank you again for giving Roomies a try, and we’re happy to hear you were able to find a place that worked for you. All the best, The Roomies Team

Roomies is very effective in helping me fill our room vacancy everytime it becomes available, and it's fast. Thank you for the free listing. Am I able to give a donation to show my appreciation for the help you are giving me to advertise my room, instead of requiring me to make a voluntary payment to upgrade? You can send me your account details on my registered email with you. I look forward to receiving this from you.
