I'm so glad that I chose to protect my parts purchase with ROUTE. Package damage is something that we don't think about until we have something delivered damaged from shipping. Alejandro at GoPowerSports took care of a damaged part in less than 30 minutes from the time that I sent pictures and filed the claim. Believe me the cost to replace this part is way more expensive than the few dollars that I paid to insure my packages. I'm very happy with the outcome of this claim. Alejandro goes above and beyond for his customers. I will definitely be buying more parts and accessories for my minibikes and you can bet that I will insure them with ROUTE every time!
