Route helped me get right to the situation right away and got me to where I needed to be, and helped me through everything! I’m very pleased.
Everything was taken care of timely and orderly
What made it great is that within minutes my problem was solved. That's a couple pictures and people understood that even the package being destroyed, basically turns collectibles into trash. They made it extremely easy and fast to get this done. It's actually taking longer to rate you guys then it did to actually get my claim in lol.

i only submitted a claim last night around 12:30-1am or so and they said it takes about 24-48 hours for a resolution/response but they got back to me with my resolution which was a processed refund literally at 9am so a little under 8 hours. i was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied. this is the quickest turnaround time ive ever seen for a claim

Route is supposed to protect your purchase. What a joke. When something actually went wrong, they had me go through the humiliating process of getting a notarized affidavit just to prove my package wasn’t delivered a package that has been stuck at a FedEx facility for over a week. After all of that, still no refund, still no product. I paid for shipping insurance and got nothing but wasted time, bureaucratic nonsense, and zero accountability. This “service” is a scam dressed up as security. Avoid at all costs.
