Expensive Hair Serum Damaged by Heat
My serum which was really really expensive, was left outside by the person handling the mail. Obviously it’s not anyone’s fault in particular but we’re not heat wave here in South Florida and I’m pretty sure the high temperatures/humidity outside caused the expensive serum that I ordered to overflow and or burst in the shipping box. Melliza in customer service was great and handled my replacement within an hour.

Excellent service from Route! After waiting a month and a half for the original company to resolve the issue, Route helped us secure a refund for a product that never arrived in just two emails. Their representative was understanding and professional, and extremely efficient.
Route is outstanding coverage
I thought this claim would be difficult and long but it was exactly the opposite. I'm talking like 15 min after I filed the claim they told me my order was re ordered and will be shipped promptly. I am so happy with route and very highly recommend anyone with an expensive package to purchase them. When you realize your package isn't coming, its frustrating. If you don't have this protection it takes a lot longer to resolve. you may never get a penny back from usps. I can't recommend more.

ROUTE was very simple and straightforward to use. From the beginning of submitting my claim, my claim was completed and refunded in 29 minutes. That’s 29 minutes folks. Hands down the best in the business. Atleast from my personal experiences.

My issue was resolved quickly and fairly. It only took a matter of minutes to file the claim, upload evidence, and receive a response. My claim was approved within minutes, they act automatically issued a reorder and everything was rectified immediately. Highly recommend making sure you get the route protection with every shipment.

I took the delivery insurance provided and I’m glad I did
I took the delivery insurance provided by Route on my order from ANSGear. The cost was a minimal $.98. When my order was delivered damaged in a damaged box, I contacted ANSGear whose support staff then referred my claim directly to Route. Within the same day, Route had refunded the entire cost of my product to my original form of payment. Moreover, all contacts with Route and ANSGear staff were pleasant and required only that I send pictures of the damaged item. Route insurance is a bargain and I would definitely take it again.
