Quickly handled my claim. Ask for some info on items ordered, them immediately processed that information. I received a replacement order email confirmation from the vendor before I even realized the claim was processed. Very impressed.

Apologized that the available replacement option was not a match nor to my liking with sincerity and options. Resolved my issue and made me whole that very day. Response time was very fast and the customer service experience was amazing. A solution for my issue was found quickly! The only glitch I had was replying to the initial route email, which somehow resulted in me sending my reply multiple times. Otherwise, I was very happy with the service and found Route to be a great value and of quality.
