Alyson took very good care of my dog while pet sitting I enjoyed the daily photos and texts. My dog was happy and healthy on my return. Alyson clearly loves what she does. My house was clean and she brought in the mail.

Our first experience with Rover was exceptional. Our sitter, Christine, was professional, caring and communicative. I appreciated the pics and messages from her while we were gone. Our pups were calm and happy when we got home. Highly recommend!
Holding my refund
Booked a sitter for my two week holiday in September - on the app you have to pay upfront so that’s £800 paid in February at point of booking - 4 weeks before my holiday the sitter cancels so I have to find another sitter - payment not being refunded for 10 days!!!! So I have to find another £800 to Pay before I get my money back or risk not having cover when I had organised it all in advance!!‘ why does it take 10 Days to refund! Bad processes and confusing app.

Easy to Use and Gave Us Peace of Mind
We used Rover for the first time and had a great experience. The app made it easy to find the right sitter, compare profiles and reviews, and book with confidence. The built-in messaging kept everything organized, and receiving updates and photos while we were away gave us real peace of mind. The entire process was simple and user-friendly. We’ll definitely use Rover again.

Lindsey does a great job. Rover drop in rates are a little pricey though.

The concept is outstanding
The concept is outstanding. Our dog walker is great- he clearly knows and understands dogs. He's prompt and our dog loves him. The app is a bit of a puzzle. I asked our walker to put in some dates for me. He did, I accepted, but he was never notified. Then I figured out how to enter the info. I've been prompted to invite a different walker which is not what I want to do. Why would engage someone else when the walker we use is available? Learning by trial and error.... the app is not as intuitive as I would hope!

Rapport between our dog and Avery was immediate and durable. As for working with her, our communication is great and she is highly reliable and flexible in her response to circumstances (weather, etc.).

We flew into Delaware from Colorado for a party. We connected with Kasey. She was absolutely marvelous. We needed her for two days. She showed up on time and she is so cheerful. How lucky we were to have met her. If we travel back there again, I will definitely look her up.
Sitter cancelled two weeks before…
Sitter cancelled two weeks before booking. Got an email from.company offering a £10 credit and help finding another sitter. I asked for help as we have flights and holiday booked. Next day another email saying just the same thing as previous email. Would never use this company again, too risky and £10 insulting in the face of a ruined holiday. We have managed to get a family member to look after dog but it's not ideal as they are elderly.

I have been using sitter/boarding Vicky D. in Boyton Beach, FL to take care of my fur babies and I found her through the help of Rover. She is exactly what I was looking for in a sitter and Rover helps you with having only verified sitters Simple and always in contact with sitter
The website is not user friendly and exorbitant rates!!!
The website is not user friendly and doesn't always navigate when items are keyed.the appl said I was logged in as myself but had me out in all my info but said my number was already in use. I was shocked to see what people would charge to stay in my lovely home. At $100 to $240 A NIGHT, what a joke!!!!!!!
