I’m a provider. The fees they charge are insane. 20%!!! It’s a needed service but if they charged less you’d have less direct bookings between providers and clients.

A Great solution! We've been trying to figure out the whole pet sitter solution for awhile! Someone recently told us about Rover and we thought we'd try it. I'm now a huge fan. No more worrying that we'll find a trusted care provider when we need one. The experience was great.
The app is easy to use to find a pet sitter. We missed a day due to the app having an outage and was not able to get an update from our sitter. However, our sitter's service was great!
I have used the service three times for my grand Dog. And have been extremely satisfied and pleased with this app and the services rendered taking care of my daughter‘s dog.
Grant is everything we were hoping to find in a dog sitter, and then some. Our Australian Cattle Dog is not the easiest breed or dog and Grant really understood her. He worked with her as she became familiar with him and she came home with better social skills. We highly recommend him and are grateful to have him as a resource helping take care of our dog.
I used Rover twice. I used the same sitter and was very pleased with their service. They made sure to keep me informed every day and treated my furry friend as if he was their own. I will continue to use their services.
