Best sitter app ever! The only one we use.
First time using Rover. My experience was better than my expectations. Setting up my pets profile was easy. I was able to find the right care taker for my pet. The care taker sent daily pictures and updates. My dog loved staying with them! I will use Rover again.
Everything worked out great! The drop in sitter followed our instructions and showed care for our dog and our home. This app came in super clutch!
First time away from my pups. I should have been nervous but not once did I feel any worry about the safety and care of my girls. Misty was awesome and she took great care of them in my absence. Definitely impressed with Rover.
The whole process from downloading the app to finding a drop in Dog Sitter was super easy! And she was great!

I have booked a dog sitter, paid and I haven't received any confirmation from Rover. When I have contacted them and asked about confirmation, the customer service assistant, Jolly, didn't gave me any clear answers..I have asked to cancel the booking... again I have received no confirmation about the booking being cancelled. The money are out of my account and I'm still waiting to be refunded. Poor customer service, DO Not BOOK WITH ROVER!!! All they do is apologise over and over but not sorting the issue!!!
