I would suggest ordering a half size larger. They were very kind to exchange my pair for a larger size at no additional charges. Quality shoes !
Incredibly satisfactory resolution! I had a pair of shoes that didn't quite fit right. The Rovux Team offered to replace the pair with a different pair and didn't force me to go through the rigmarole of a return process. A+
I had Problems selecting my shoe number. I consider that is necessary a table illustrated, or an automatic program that ask for the large foot and select automatically the shoe number.

This company has some of the most unique sneakers I've ever seen. The shoes are very comfortable out the well packaged bag. I own 5 pair and bought several pair for gifts. This company also has great Customer Service.
If the customer service industry needs a company to show how to set the bar high.... ROVUX is that company. I received my shoes today...to say that they didn't fit would be an understatement. I emailed to ask how to make a return/exchange and I included a photo of my feet next to the shoe for reference. I had an email reply in under 30 minutes, asking a few easy questions. Again in just a few minutes they had resolved the problem, and they are sending me a new pair! I can think of several companies that should take notes from ROVUX and their exceptional customer service professionals.
The Rovux shoe I picked is so awesome..great design and colors … I ordered the wrong size but the company was very accommodating and quickly sent me a new pair in the correct size… Love these shoes!

Are the shoes comfortable? Definitely! Quality of the shoes? Great! Customer support? AMAZING BEYOND AMAZING! I don't know if luck was on my side when I emailed them but it almost seems like they're available 24/7 and they helped solve my problems with ease. I ordered the shoes which came in too large. Rovux changed the size for me but not the color. I don't understand why the color couldn't be exchanged? I was disappointed that they wouldn't exchange the color. Sometimes online the color isn't truly displayed for us until we get them in person. When they arrive its somewhat different. To make the customer totally happy, they should not only exchange size but color as well!! But good prices and quality.
