I contacted RTAWOODCABINETS.COM and asked for a designer to help me design my new kitchen. Devora Klang was the designer who contacted me to help. I had an idea of the layout but Devora dialed it in for me. She patiently made every adjustment and talked me through the design, sending me new layouts and pictures with every adjustment. She was always quick to respond. I can't thank her enough. The cabinets are just as expected, beautiful and solidly built. We had one damaged door so I contacted Devora again and she got it taken care of the next day. My experience with RTA and Devora Klang was 10 out of 10.

The cabinets are beautiful. I had some problems and went over budget due to circumstances. I would make sure if you use a designer, the kitchen island cabinets are base cabinets not wall cabinets. I went with the assembled cabinets instead of RTA. Manager Zach helped me out and worked with me throughout my project. Thank you Zach, nice professional guy! I would recommend this company.

Product is decent. Follow up service at request is poor.
Overall, I am satisfied with the product.
There were some issues that fell short.
1). The delivery men couldn't wait to leave, not helpful.
2).missing 2 rollout shelves
3). 1 roll out was put in crooked
4). I have texted, emailed my contact Christine with questions regarding the amount of deco panels and skin for the back of some cabinets. No response.

I believe you are mixing us up with another company, the only order we have from you is an Essex Driftwood sample door from 2 months ago and we don’t have a Christine who works here.
Great customer service, easy to get a hold of someone to talk too directly without waiting. Cabinets were delayed but due to snow storm, delivery guy was super friendly as well.

Quality construction, great communication from customer service, and the finished product looks fantastic. The only suggestion I have, a little clearer instructions on assembly would help. We figured it out in the end.

Kitchen design
Didn't know what to expect ordering cabinets online, but the experience I had was amazing. Hadassah my designer was very good and knowledgeable about the cabinets and how they would fit in the space I had and most of all she was very patient and courteous. Too early to juge the quality as we just installed them. We need to see how they perform with changing weather and humidity.
However, I was not pleased with plywood quality used for body of the cabinets. It was not the best but overall cabinets look good and seems high quality stain and hardware.

Bought 15 cabinets from RTA after about a weeks worth of me changing the plan and the designer helping me avoid mistakes. Then sent deposit in and with two weeks I had Beautiful new Ivy colored Shaker cabinets arrive in 15 boxes. I spent about 20 hours assembling them, and the only thing missing was a few minor L Brackets in all those 15 boxes. Very happy with the construction. I have yet to install them in our kitchen as demo just started....

RTA canceled my order based on my…
RTA canceled my order based on my review. I contacted RTA to ask why and they base their decision on a hypothetical scenario. They did however offer to reinstate my order if I deleted my review and payed for the cabinets via a wire transfer or a check. I declined their offer. Let’s be clear RTA states it does not cancel orders based on a review. The bottom line is I posted a review and RTA canceled my order.

Best Experience, Excellent Quality
This is my 1st time ordering cabinets on my own. RTA staff, Devora & Zack made the order process very easy. 1st i ordered sample doors for color & style. Then i provided the lay out, measurements, pics & wishes. They drew the design, we went through the details. Order was placed & received within a couple of weeks. I bought fully assembled cabinets, they were all packed well, once opened, the quality, color & etc. were perfect. Do not hesitate to order a new kitchen on your own if you have a person who can assemble these cabinets for you. Kitchens are so expensive, if you order from a kitchen design store or even just changing the doors of the cabinets maybe more costly than buying a brand new, top quality kitchen from RTA. Do not hesitate to order it from RTA, its a very smooth process. I wish i did this w/all the renovations i did over the years.

The service between planning, purchasing and delivering was an excellent experience. The cabinets look like exactly as on the pictures and are high quality. The build descriptions were very bad though but the few posted youtube videos helped. But better written assembly steps would have helped.
