I purchased the Highland white shaker style cabinets and the whole experience was great! Akiva was great to work with… knowledgeable and responsive! I chose to assemble the cabinets myself with a friend. No missing parts and the premarked, not pre-drilled, marking was helpful. Would recommend to anyone wanting a DIY solution!

They're okay with some hassles
The cabinets came in a timely fashion. However, some of the provided screws broke, the cabinets had dings or scratches and we did not have instructions or correct instructions for a fair amount of the cabinets themselves. Building them isn't terrible with 2 people but we wasted a day searching the internet for instructions on assembly. Im not sure that we can recommend this route to others.

Honestly thank heavens we found this company. We had the worst experience at another company and after literally crying, Akiva and the entire team at RTA wood cabs was truly exceptional. From first point of contact and reaching out, his empathy about our situation shined an he immediately got on the rendering and order process and within 24 hours we ordered new cabs. He helped a with every question and every problem we had and answered emails and calls so quickly it was exceptional. Then once the product came it was absolutely stunning, truly more beautiful than we could ever imagine possible. Thank you everyone at RTA wood cabs because my kitchen is STUNNING

My shipment got messed up and I didn’t get my order for over a month, cabinets where beautiful but the fact they kept telling me they should arrive soon and then not get them for over a month.

We do want to clarify that at the time of your order, we reached out to let you know a few items were out of stock and that it would take about 3 weeks to ship out, which you approved. The order did ship within that timeframe. We’re sorry for the additional week delay once it was with the freight carrier—that part is unfortunately outside of our control, but we understand how frustrating it can be.

5 stars for the actual cabinets. They are beautiful and easy to assemble.
3 stars overall because I tried to make an order for over $2500 to get free shipping however I was mixing two different lines of cabinets (one for bathroom vanity, one for closet). After placing the order they told me I could not qualify for the free shipping due to the two cabinet lines shipping from two different places. This was after weeks of researching companies and finally landing on this order so I was very frustrated to have to start all over again and ended up just paying the crazy shipping cost even though their website said it would be free over $2500.

Regarding the shipping, we do mention on our website that when an order includes cabinets from different lines they can ship from different warehouses, which may add shipping costs even if the order total is over the free-shipping threshold. We understand how that can still be frustrating, especially after spending time researching and planning your order.

Quality of the hardware finish and wood…super stupid good
Quality of the hardware finish and wood overall surpassed my expectations . Easy to build alone . Fast durable and mechanically the soft close doors and drawers throughout add elegance and class to even the simplest designs. Turnaround time was awesome and the only small damaged panel was replaced quick without hassle they shipped it to me. Thank you great customer service

Although I like the cabinets the precision cut was a bit off on the right of each cabinet
which left a gap in the middle half way down to the base, when I put the cabinet together, side by side.

After we determined we'd ordered the incorrect width of the middle drawer cabinet for our bathroom vanity replacement project, we contacted RTA to order a smaller width cabinet. Working with RTA rep. Instructions were not clear and had no way to contact for help. Also the front cabinet has a scratch on it and ai can’t get it replaced. In addition the shelf clips are horrible to work with and I had to buy a different kind
