Overall, I am pleased to have purchased these cabinets for one of my rentals. I am disappointed with the fact that the instructions are not clear on the assembly, or which screws go with what item and that the predrilled holes for the door hinges do not correspond with the interior shelves. I am not sure if I would purchase these cabinets for my personal use.

Really Nice Cabinets, No Instructions, Delivery Gamble
This is the only review you need to read.
These cabinets actually are very high quality and frankly look beautiful! For context, my wife and I are pretty "normal" middle-class mid-westerners. I really enjoy the look of these cabinets and the hardware included. The manufacturer of all the cabinets this company sells is/are USCD (United States Cabinet Depo)... not sure if they want customers to know that or not... but it's not a problem.
I found the website to be decent. I enjoy the save the cart feature so you can save a link with your cart embedded. However, there are some small images often without enough dimensioning and no ability to filter or search by dimension... it's 2026 we gotta fix this guys. Also I'd like to see the cabinets in reviews with photos so consumers can really get a feel for what they're buying otherwise it feels like a shot in the dark.
Delivery actually was ok! Read some other reviews about packages being left in the street... our guy had a hydraulic dolly and brought them to our driveway from where I could unload in a reasonable 30 minutes for whole 100ft^2 kitchen demo––but I'm still in 20s. Sounds like this can be hit or miss.
If you're doing RTA, you absolutely need to watch assembly videos from the website. The instructions actually were blatantly wrong for the lazy susan––had to disassemble our first one because the steps were out of order. After you do a few, the process becomes pretty intuitive. If you're putting together any drawers, note that the back of the slides (metal shaft in box) has a plastic piece that will pop into the back panel. This piece can pop off the shaft (and needs to) in order to insert it into the back panel. No instructions at all on hardware... unacceptable.
Customer service on phone was fine––easy to understand. I actually would order from this company again and plan on doing so if we ever need cabinets again. 3/5 because there are no coherent written instructions. I had to guess on so many things. May dial up to a 4/5 if the rest of these are undamaged (halfway now) or they take care of me should something go wrong––seems hit or miss based on other comments.

The experience was very good considering the amount one spends online buying cabinets. I felt safe sending the money online. However, simple things like sending two island cabinets with no toe kicks makes the experience less joyful. Who is going to make the bases?

For 36" deep islands, the standard approach across the industry is to use 30" high wall cabinets on the back of base cabinets. Since wall cabinets don't include toe kicks, they're installed on a 4½" platform that's built on-site and then wrapped with toe kick to create the finished look. There was a misunderstanding with an…
There was a misunderstanding with an order and I mistakingly thought that RTA was at fault. RTA took the time to explain the situation with me and even though fault was not with them, they are helping with the situation. Their customer service went out of their way to help me with cabinets.
5 stars for the most part!
The only thing I didn't like was the little plastic brackets... Poor design in my opinion... Sort of feels like its going to fall apart. I do love the drawer construction, the are very sturdy drawers. Doors are very nice too, and the shelves. I just am worried about the box framing itself with those plastic wedges....

The plastic corner brackets used on some cabinet lines are there to help keep the cabinet square during transit. Once assembled, the metal brackets and wood glue provide the cabinet's strength, so you shouldn't have any issues with durability. We appreciate your feedback and hope you enjoy your cabinets!

Beware of descriptions and pictures
The quality of the cabinets is good, and the assembly is straight forward. I am taking off a star because the description for the Amesbury Mist cabinet which is blue with a light stain is not "classic stained gray" as the website describes nor does the picture look in the least bit blue. Sadly to my eye they are the ugliest thing I've ever seen and will have to now paint the cabinets. Taking off another star because of the lack of communication about shipping, I received info from the shipper before receiving it from RTA and then the shipper moved up the delivery a day without giving me options. Be sure you order sample doors!

The Amesbury Mist is listed on our website as a stained finish, and while we do our best to accurately represent the color, it can appear differently on different screens. That's why we always recommend ordering a refundable sample door before purchasing, especially for stained finishes.
Regarding shipping, your order was picked up from the warehouse on Monday afternoon, and we sent you the tracking information Tuesday morning once it became active. If the carrier moved your delivery date up, we apologize for the inconvenience. If you had reached out to us, we would have contacted the carrier and done our best to have the delivery rescheduled.
Liked getting samples sent quickly. Phone support for the correct pieces was nice. Wasn’t crazy about your website on phone searches but eventually I found what I needed.

Cabinets are good quality and what we expected. Delivery was a bit of a mess. Delivery is on road, not driveway. The truck had no way to lower the cabinets so we had to get them off the truck without a lift gate or dolly and bring them up a long driveway. Design I was offered shorted a piece of crown. I had to pay full cost for additional piece after the fact, but they cut it down to avoid having to pay extra shipping. So the entire piece was not sent but I was charged for the entire piece when the designer made a mistake.

We apologize that the delivery truck arrived without a liftgate, as all residential deliveries are scheduled with liftgate service. Our deliveries are curbside, since the trucks used are often too large to access residential driveways, but the liftgate should have been available to safely unload the shipment. Regarding the crown molding, one piece was mistakenly omitted from the original order. Since only 60" was needed, we provided a 84" piece with your approval, though we would have gladly sent a full-length piece if preferred.
