This is a scam. Absolutely terrible service. I thought I had canceled and just got charged $66.00 and $47.88. I had sent a cancel my subscription a year ago when I realized it was a Facebook scam.

I did purchase it from a FB ad a year ago. I never accessed the program and completely forgot about it. Today I was automatically charged $66 for a second year subscription. Attempting a refund.

Scam for sure. They take unauthorized credit card payments for an app that is not being used and nowhere in their login account info does it show expiry date, purchase history or reoccurring fees. Reported.

I first looked into this program in May of this year. I have seen on the 1st of November a charge to my Credit card.... I have never used this service. I have never downloaded the app. I have approach my bank to reverse this transaction. I am totally disappointed with this service.

Stay away from it. They are scammers, doing recurring payments when you never sign-up for it. I already submit the dispute through my bank, this is outrageous.

The user is entirely dependent on using the phone app. If for some reason there is a GPS glitch there is no possibility to correct it. There are no other platforms such as Garmin etc. that one can use only the provided plan but not the tracking option.

Don't use this company/purely a means to take money
This is a company that had a business idea to make solely make money. They definitely are not passionate about running. The company is a Lithuanian and incorporated in Delaware. The fact that you sign up and pay and that this ends up as an annual subscription is buried within the contract information. So be advised that you will be charged a fee without a renewal notice. They will be quick to provide the contract when you dispute the charge with your bank. The company's email address to deal with subscription issues is buried within the contract. Further, this email address is not solely devoted to subscription/un-subscribing issues. So be prepared to follow-up and follow-up and follow-up again using this one email address. There definitely is no incentive for them to respond when they take the money without a renewal notice. And, again, there is no passion for running, this is pure scam.

This is a scam. I did not purchase this product, I have not received this product and I was charged. I have sent at least 4 emails trying to cancel this charge and request a refund…no response. But they were able to respond to my credit card company’s dispute inquiry. They are stealing money, failing to respond to customers, and responding to banks. This transaction is recorded as a subscription but I have NO WAY TO CANCEL, and no response from business. SCAM!!!!!

Do not purchase this plan! I purchased this 1 year ago. Used it for a short period of time and then stopped. Out of nowhere (today… 1 year later) I see a $66 charge to my bank from JOGGO.RUN. Who?!?! Completely confused as to what this charge was… I googled and found that it was RunningDiet.com. First, I had no clue this was a yearly subscription! As they DO NOT tell you this… nor do they send you a courtesy email letting you know that you will be charged a year later! Looking back at emails from RD there is nothing that explains this is a so-called yearly subscription you purchased. Second, there is no way to make adjustment to your account through their site. No way to cancel. No way to do anything besides change your running plan level?! Only an email address to write to customer support. No phone number to call. Lastly, I sent an email requesting to cancel and be refunded (outcome TBD) but by the looks of other reviews on here they may not even bother to respond. So we shall see. I will definitely be disputing this charge if I do not hear back from RD. This is a horrible way to conduct business and a horrible business model for their plan.

I am a senior running many years. What was presented and what I got are two different things. I’m addressed as”hey there” don’t know my name! They sent random running articles, that I can pull myself and it won’t cost $66.00. There is no coach, it’s all on paper and the computer generated. I want a refund have contacted e-mail 6x no response
It’s a sham! No phone number, no customer service, I want my money back. But they left no way to reach a real person!! I’m out of $66.00 Lesson Learned.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Purchased a running and nutritional plan and I have yet to receive the nutrition plan (it's been over a week). I have emailed them and hope to receive a refund in full but I am not optimistic after reading every one else's reviews.
ETA - I have been in contact with Joggo and they have cancelled my subscription and are refunding my money - paypal already sent notification that I have a refund from them. I also went into paypal and under my profile and "Automatic Payments" you can choose to stop allowing Joggo to use PayPal as a form of payment.
