Do not purchase. They will continue to charge you even after cancellation. When you complain they will not reimburse you.

Terrible - charged in USD not AUD but this is not stated. Plan is not personalised at all - then they ask for more money to get an tailored exercise plan.

Not happy at all! I have all these charges that wasn’t authorized. I purchased 3 month plan $33 now I have all these other charges that are unauthorized! The is no phone number for customer service. No way of contacting them!! I have to report to my bank ther Fraudulent actions on my bank account! The are not legit!!

I would rate this a negative 5 as well. There is no assistance if you are logged out of your account and cannot make a new password. You also cannot deactivate your account with the email link provided in the terms of service. The email link is not valid. There is also no customer service support phone number. Do not purchase if there is any thought you may need to cancel!!!!!! they will charge you money and not be able to assist you in anyway with your account and or charges.

I would give a -5 if possible. Terrible customer service. Fraudulent charges. Won’t cancel your account until you file a dispute with your credit card company. I don’t write bad reviews, but I can’t help but warn people. You will not get a valid plan, they will not honor a refund if requested, and you will charged every 3 months even after you request a refund and to cancel.

is not an individualized plan, did some kind of evaluation without telling me to link up GPS first, keeps glitching out when I am fast walking, and really is nothing more than a page telling you what to do. Complete waste of money.

* Edited after dealing with Joggo team I was looking through Facebook when this ad came up. It seemed good, so I went through and added details for a "personalised" running plan. I wasn't going to take up the extra payments that popped up repeatedly, and my final total was $66. The website did not mention a business location, nor did it make it clear anywhere during the check out that I would be charged in US, not Australian, dollars. Any other business I've ever bought from either has a clear message that the price in USD, or changes the total to Australian dollars. This app did neither, and it wasn't until PayPal charged my bank account that I realised I'd been charged nearly $100 AUD - a price I couldn't really afford. I sought a refund, and PayPal asked for proof of my subscription. Because Joggo did not issue adequate documents, PayPal declined my dispute. So I sought a refund through Joggo, who informed me that since PayPal sided with them, they were not required to do anything. Edit to add: when I complained, they blocked me on social media and deleted my Google Play review. Do NOT waste your money on these scam artists!

It's a load of bull. Don't trust this company. They send you plan and charge you $66. It's not an app, it's just a link to a webpage. That's it. Then a year later they will charge your card again without warning. If you do not continuously use the link, you lose access to it. So I have not used the plan since September 2020. It was too hard to use and required too many cross references between the PDF and the webpage. Finding information about customer service is buried deep on the website. If you want a refund for the sneaky re-subscription fee, they will only offer 50%.

I am new to the app but it is very easy to access and I really like the animation for the warm ups and cool downs. It helps me to know what I should be doing!

My experience so far has been wonderful. It was easy to sign up, the app has been easy to navigate, and the workouts have been realistically doable. I will actually stick with this one this time!

It is a scam! It’s a cleverly package one but it sets up to automatically bill even after you have taking the steps to make sure it’s not a subscription with auto billing. I saw it was basically a scam after getting the “diet running plan” took the bullet for the first $33.00, checked to make sure there was no automatic recurring things set up and they still billed another $33.00. I’m proving my case with PayPal now but it’s a battle.

Running Diet is a scam! They get your credit card and charge it for a one time plan, send you 2 wanna-be-engaging emails then crickets. There is not account created, no profile, therefore no way to manage the subscription. Yes,.. this is not a one time fee as I believed it to be. 3 months after I purchased my plan, I was charged again for a subscription renewal. For what I have no idea. I didn't even use the plan... my task day one was to Not Run. Sooooo... if someone makes a choice to build a plan and execute on it, why wouldn't the plan start with... I don't know... moving!! After searching the website for 5 minutes, I found a paragrah stating to cancel my subscription to email them. Again no profile, completely not user friendly. I kindly admitted to not navigating their website to understand there was an auto-renewal, and requested my subscription be cancelled and the last payment be refunded. Although I received a reply within 24 hrs, all they did was copy and past all the fine print in their agreement, and refuse to refund the last charges. Inconsiderate, and terrible customer service. No guarantees, no updates, no momentum. This company is a scam!
