What people say
FedEx Douglasville GA - Horrible Service
I looked up this service in an attempt to rush my passport in order to take my daughter to Mexico for Spring Break. After entering the store and explaining what I wanted to do, I was shown to a computer to fill out my application. Once my card was charged and the forms were filled out, it was brought to my attention that I would not be getting the service for which I was just charged that I was still going to need to go to the courthouse to receive it in 5-7 weeks. Why on earth would the clerk not tell me this once I explained what I was looking to do? The one positive thing that I will say is that once I was able to get through, they immediately canceled the charge. However, had I not called within 24 hours, they would have kept my payment. Lessons learned.

Rush Passport is incredible!
Rush Passport is incredible. I was unaware of the rule that passports needed to expire in less then 6 months when traveling internationally. I called Rush Passport and they guaranteed my delivery in 4-6 days. This allowed me to make my flight/avoid a hassle with the state department. Truly 10/10 service. The people who work there are incredible, so patient and understanding, and really will do whatever they can to make things happen for you. This was the only expedited passport place in the city that guaranteed quality, fast service. Don’t look anywhere else!
