The entire dress buying experience was very smooth. Our consultant Jessica was excellent. She didn't push me to make a decision, but gave me her expert advise. Most importantly, the quality of the dresses are superior, you can tell they are well made. I felt elegant, which was my goal. Alterations are complimentary, which is a big plus. I had read that some people had difficulty returning items, I did not. After my personal consultation, I did order a few dresses for my daughter to try on. They arrived within days and the return of two and exchange of one went quickly and smoothly. I don't think you can go wrong.
