Beautiful made dresses, unfortunately my body is weird and didn’t fit me.. I will be looking into more dresses because the option of trying them and returning them if they don’t fit it was the best option for me. I’m very happy customer and I thank you for it!

Its hard to buy a Formal Dress online
They don't let me exchange a Dress for a bigger size Even do I just try on the dress once and was in perfect condition with all the original packing

My gown arrived with the red plastic security tag still attached to the hem. For such an expensive item, I did not expect that. I haven’t been able to get anyone from the company to respond on how to get it removed safely.

I saw a beautiful dress and I took body measurements for choosing the size.
They did not match at all with what I ordered, the dress was two sizes bigger than what it should be.

I am very upset and dissatisfied with your return policy mist company’s give you 30 days for a return . Fifteen days is incredibly short I was in the hospital with a heart attack and no exception was made now I have a 900 dollar dress that I have to donate I’m telling everyone I know not to buy from you , things happen in life and you only care about selling a dress period

Excellent customer service. My email question was answered promptly, and they also had another department follow up with me. I tried on through mail order 7 Sachin Babi dresses and have chosen one for MOB. The dresses are well made and the quality of the fabrics is impressive. Unfortunately many of the dress styles were too narrow for me in the shoulders, even in going up a size. I don't have tiny shoulders but I'd say average. But I stuck with the brand because it matched my style, tried a few others and I did find a dress!

really wanted to love this dress because the length and overall quality were excellent. Unfortunately, the fit just didn't work for me. The bust has unusual pleating that made it look like it didn't fit properly, even though it was the correct size. The waist was also a bit too roomy, while the bust felt too small, making the proportions seem off. I think this dress would be much more flattering on someone with a smaller bust. It's a beautiful, well-made dress, but the fit wasn't right for my body type. For the record, I am a size 12 and 5'10. My bust is a 36DD
