My experience working with Sachin and Babi went way beyond my expectations. I had been looking for a gown for my daughter's wedding in Aspen for quite a while. I wanted something glamorous but not with a lot of bling or heavyweight fabric. When I made an appointment with Jessica in the showroom, I was greeted so warmly and she really listened to me. This is not like other larger high-end stores in the NYC which only show you things off the rack, the process here is highly one on one and very personal. The styles are so lovely and well made and the embroidery and fabric are stunning. My gown was truly tailored and fit perfectly for me. And I even got to meet Sachin in the showroom which was a real treat! I have the perfect dress for my daughter's wedding and I could not be more thrilled with my entire experience. Thank you! 🙏

The fabric is superior to any other gown I have been shopping for as mother of the groom. The pattern is both luminous & matte reflecting the sheen as you move. The structure of the bodice is crisp defining the neck & torso yet the drape of the skirt is fluid & light with just the right amount of gather in the ruffles to flow effortlessly. I am so thrilled with this gown.

They were very responsive to my situation - i had ordered the wrong size in a dress, and was waiting for a refund before ordering another. However, I was on a tight turnaround time, and once they knew the situation they were very quick to provide me with a refund, and the new dress arrived very quickly. They were polite in both phone calls and emails. The quality of the dresses is wonderful too. I am so glad I found this company.

I have had a really great experience. When I call, someone very friendly is always helpful answering my questions. I did an exchange and it worked really well. Now need to see if my tailer can adjust a couple of things…hope so.
