Technical expertise coupled with excellent customer service.
The technicians were very thorough throughout the entire installation. They took the time to explain in detail how to download the system apps and walked me through the login and setup process. It was a pleasure to work with them.

We have HAD ENOUGH of this BS!!!!! Our “premium security system” goes off every other day!!!!!!! Customer service is as useful as a sea slug. Oh and by the way, NO REFUNDS!!!!! I’m getting ready to file a lawsuit. ADT is the WORST security company out there!!!!! My three year old nephew could do better. We’ve spent THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS on this. USER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
