I answered an add on Facebook and the…
I answered an add on Facebook and the moment after I hit enter on my phone, a SafeStreets Rep called me. The Rep listened to my concerns and told me multiple times that he was adding all my comments in the notes for the in-person evaluator/sales rep/installer. Once the appointment got starter with the installer (after he called me from his previous appointment to tell me his ETA), I discovered that he knew all my concerns and dealt with them head on. Alberto was very personal and I appreciated we had a fun banter (especially since he was here twice for about 9 total hours). Since my main concern was the cost for all the extra windows, doors and sliding doors, we had a good features and benefits discuss of the different types of protection and how we could gain some economies of scale in two areas of the house that had multiple windows and doors in close proximity by using the glass break sensor instead of the pore expensive shock sensor(s) on every window or door. All in all, I believe we came to the best solution considering my frugality and his desire to keep me safe and feel that I trust him and the system. THANK YOU ALBERTO
