The claims team is made up of muppets. They find every single excuse to prolong paying for as long as possible and not accept the documents you send them. The customer service is useless - cannot read, not to mention problem-solve or facilitate anything. Stay away.

After numerous policies, I finally make a small claim… these guys exclude damn near everything. When you need it, they’re only there to tell you “denied”. I wanted to immediately cancel and guess what, the rest of the month is non-refundable because I “made a claim”. DONT TRUST THEM. An absolute waste of money, disappointing and dissatisfied. Full stop.

I thought this would be a great option for me as I was long term travelling without an end date but unfortunately as soon as something went wrong and I needed to make a claim the problems with their lack of communication channels showed. I was asked to provide PDF documents which I sent repeatedly and kept getting the same generic emails asking me to send the same documents which had already been sent weeks ago. There is no contact number, you feel like you are constantly talking to bots. If you get in touch with someone via their chat they just tell you to wait for an email which never comes. To top it all off after asking for my plan to not be renewed they took money from my account which left me stranded in a foreign country enforcing the very predicament they are meant to be there to support you with. If you want to feel assured that you will be supported and get your moneys worth this is not the company to go with. Absolutely shocking service, so disappointing!
