The process was so simple. Didn't have to fill out a 10 page medical history form or anything. We'll see if they retain that 5 star rating whenever I need to use them.

Our son had two accidents and was treated by the nhs in the hospital emergency in the UK. Sadly we paid for the medical treatment and have been waiting many months now to receive the money back! This insurance is a nightmare in terms of wanting rediculous documents the hospital cant even provide and not even having the courtesy to get back after many months of submitting our claim. Its cheap, but this is what you get! We had submitted all doctors reports and even put them in touch with the hospital staff itself. They want seperate bills for everything- something a normal hospital simply doesnt provide! We have never experienced anything like this and will never make use of them again. Please stay away from this provider!

I would give zero rating if it was possible. We had an incident with our son. It was a clear cut accident as happens with children. Safety wings kept on asking for more information from the NHS. Each time we supplied the requested documents they asked for more. Finally when they couldn't ask for more they said they would respond with 5 days. 2 months later we are still waiting. They are not trustworthy

I'm thankful Denisha answered all my questions, I know they were a lot. I thought it was a weird transition from talking to Denisha to being transferred to Sean. I assumed it was because I asked a question about the debit card but it would have been nice to understand what was happening instead of having to assume. Don't get me wrong, Sean was great, the transition is what felt off.

Just absolutely perfect. Tiffany and Denisha helped me alot. I had few problems with purchasing the plan, but it was not a big deal with their help. I will find safety wing again later on.

Cost is really good. When we tried to claim for flights they said we could take and be reimbursed for they turned around a few weeks later when it came to claim time and when back on it. We had to fly home for my father's funeral.

I am very satisfied from the insurance. It covers all the relevant issues, easy to understand and operate. It feels like you care about the customer more then most insurance companies I'm familiare eith. In the past - I activated the cover package in an emergency event of heath crisis. The insurance covered the full amount of the expencess, withought extraordinary effort on myy side. Thank you, I completely reccomand and will choose you in the future.
