It is terrible that the interest rate is double what it should be. 5% is realist and as a co-signer I am now at my age seeing why graduates struggle to pay back the loan in an expedited manner.

Cosigner problems
Overall the process is pretty easy until you have to get a code for the cosigner. That was very confusing as to how to access the loan application. We waited almost 12 hours to get the code.

My first call was glitchy and all static. The operator heard me clear as day, she did not try and solve the issue by potentially transferring me, instead she told me to hang up. The Second Lady I spoke to, Hati I believe her name was, she was lovely, beyond helpful! I apologize if i got her name wrong but that lady deserves a raise!!
