The first time we used it the process was easy. My spouse had to change schools and programs. The guidance wasn’t clear and customer service wasn’t bad but everything was clear from the chat box. Once I talked to someone on the phone everything was explained clearly and I understood what I needed to do for the next step.

The application is easy. Sallie makes it very easy. My only negative is that there is no timeline for when you might have access to your loan. That can be stressful.
