Do not buy from this company it's been nearly 3 months since I made my purchase and I still haven't received my item. Nearly 3 months later it's still in china and they are using corona and customs as an excuse. Mulitple emails back and forth and they offered a 10% refund once I receive my item. I had to contact my bank and put in a payment dispute and do a fraud investigation. Funny my item was received the day after I contacted the fraud authority and they offered a 15% refund for compensation only if I removed this review
I ordered an anniversary gift March 13
I ordered an anniversary gift March 13. It’s August 10 and no where to be found. I emailed them every other day “Where is my package” and they would answer the same thank you for your patience bs just keep waiting and it has been shipped but stuck at customs. I asked for full refund and they would only say 20% back. If you guys would see my emails, you would laugh. It’s just Where is my package, I want a full refund, Idc if you’re sorry, I want a refund. They would write essays and I would be short. So now I emailed them If you don’t send me my refund, i’ll report you to the fraud authorities. I’m supposedly now getting a refund.

Ordered a pet pillow for my husband back on June 5th , still says in China and went to even search my email for the history of the order and now I can't find it . Don't order from them ! A few weeks ago I contacted customer service and rhey told me just to track it .

The company put the wrong image on shoes I ordered. Although their website offers to resend the shoes if a mistake was made, they refused to do this. Customer service from “Demi” was the worst I’ve ever received. Didn’t address anything I said, didn't apologise and refused to let me speak to someone else. I sent her screenshots of the terms and conditions of buying the shoe and received replies of ‘We cannot offer that, too bad if you don’t agree’. I don’t understand how this company is still in business.

This is a total SCAM ACCOUNT! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. Call your bank, tell them it’s a fraud charge, then go to the FTC and file a fraud scamming claim against them. All these awful people are doing is stealing your hard earned money.
Don't use these guys! We never received our item!
Ordered some customized socks from them 2 months ago. Tracking still shows it as being stuck in China. When I reached out to their customer service, they told me to contact my local courier in the United States. I tried my local courier and they said the item is still in China. They won't refund our order at this time and we're out $40 and 2 months of time.

I realized I had ordered the incorrect product and contacted them less than two minutes afterward to try to change it. They emailed me three days later saying it was too late, it had already gone to production. I was very annoyed, but as i was desperate for a mother's day gift I ordered the correct product. It is mid-June and the product hasn't left China. Shame on them and shame on me

Rip off. Similar to the other reviews. They will not refund you for express shipping even though your product will come a month later than expected and they will not inform you until after you have paid for express shipping. There is no number you can call as all customer support is through email and they don’t listen or care that they are taking money from you. Awful.

Would give them zero stars if possible. I placed my order feb 11, was promised 7-10 business days. Still don't have them. Finally requested a refund because they hadn't shipped yet, and was told i couldn't very a refund because they had JUST shipped them. This company is an absolute scam, and they report every negative review as being fradulant because they get SO MANY bad reviews. Do not waste your time or money with them.

Placed an order a MONTH ago. They said 7-10 business days. Haven’t received anything yet but they just keep sending me updates that it’s being sent. I should’ve done my research before ordering from here but luckily I used PayPal to place this order. Waste of $31! Also they have reviews on the website that are SUPER false and you can’t even leave a review either.
