This is my first time using a service such as this. I was confused but received excellent customer service when I asked questions. I liked one scent, but was not too fond of the other. Looking forward to my next shipment to see what the new scents bring.
For one I never got the pink and black…
For one I never got the pink and black bag that was supposed to come with it.. two you charged me an extra $5 when you were not supposed to. And three the second time I ordered from this company you charged me not once but twice. $9.95 plus _19.95. and the perfumes were not the size that you advertise them as. So I won't be getting anything from this company again . I am very disappointed.. Thank you have a nice day.
I’ve been trying to very poor customer response time
I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for a month. I was charged 3 weeks after submitting two emails for cancellation (that’s the only way to communicate) since your direct phone number in Delray Beach goes straight to voicemail. I’ve submitted a fraudulent charge through my bank. This is terrible customer service.
Overall unhappiness
Fragrances take way too long to arrive. The atomizers are terrible quality and stop working and it's happened on multiple occasions. Just not a great service overall and it's frustrating.
