What people say

WILL NOT RECOMMEND

Losing the charm and authenticity. They sent a ticket without the airline logo . just printed itinerary details on a plain paper. Any school going kid could also tell it's a fake ticket. They need to work on the ticket format to match authenticity. highly disappointed.

Hi Saurabh, Thank you for your message. Please note that airline system–generated reservations cannot be amended, and they are issued in the airline’s standard format. If you prefer a different format, please reply to this same email thread and we will be happy to generate an alternative version from another airline system, where available. We always aim to remain flexible and supportive for our valued customers. We continuously do our best to assist customers and fulfill service requirements and commitments within the stated timeframe. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate your understanding and hope to serve you better going forward. I had to pay for a mistake that was both sides

I had to pay for a mistake that was neither parties fault I am an Afrikaans speaking South African citizen and in South Africa we use the abreviation JHB I don't work with airline to know about IPATA or Airline codes, I did try to explain this it did say Johannesburg but I was dismissed and I was desperate for the service so left it. I did not see that IPATA or Airline abreviations should be used, a person not knowing them would go with their countries abreviations for a destination.

Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry for the frustration this caused. We understand your point completely: in South Africa, “JHB” is commonly used for Johannesburg, and it’s reasonable that you would enter the abbreviation you’re familiar with, especially if you don’t work with airline or IATA/airport codes. We also regret that you felt dismissed when you tried to explain the situation. That’s not the experience we want any customer to have. To clarify, airline and reservation systems generally recognize destinations using IATA airport codes (for Johannesburg, that would be JNB). When a non-standard abbreviation is entered, the system may not be able to generate the reservation correctly without manual correction or reprocessing. That said, we agree our communication should have been clearer, and we should have guided you more supportively rather than leaving you feeling unheard. We’re taking this feedback seriously and are already working on improving our booking instructions and validation prompts (including clearer guidance on airport codes vs. local abbreviations) to prevent this from happening again. If you’re willing, please contact us at support email/phone with your order details so we can review what happened and see what we can do to assist further. Kind regards, Ryan Mitchell Customer Support Team SFRV Travels

Do not use this service

Do not use this service ⭐☆☆☆☆ Misrepresentation of “fully confirmed” visa documents + refusal to refund I bought SFRV’s flight & hotel reservation package for a Schengen visa. Their rep Roy assured me in writing that the documents were suitable for visa purposes. Then while I was waiting at the visa appointment I saw a sign on the wall which prompted me to email SFRV: Email exchange (19 Aug 2025): • Me 13:06 (from the visa centre): “Sitting at the visa appt and there is a big sign saying ‘please note the embassy will perform checks on your flight tickets. Kindly make sure that your tickets are fully paid with a valid receipt / invoice or a payment confirmation.’ Is this an issue?” • SFRV (Roy) 13:09: “Dear Aidan, Don’t worry, you have a fully confirmed reservation. You can use the documents without any hesitation.” Despite that assurance, my visa was refused. The official reason stated: “the information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not reliable.” In my case, the only documents evidencing purpose/conditions of stay were SFRV’s flight and hotel reservations, which were not fully paid and did not include valid receipts/payment confirmations, contrary to the Embassy’s stated requirements and Roy’s assurance. I requested reimbursement of my direct costs (Total £134.30: visa fee £101.35, train £20.00, photos £12.95). SFRV refused. I also lost my planned trip and time, and must reapply. My experience: • Documents were not fit for Schengen visa use despite written assurances. • Customer service refused to refund after clear, documented evidence. • Resulted in financial loss and delay. Recommendation: If you need Schengen visa documentation, ensure fully paid, verifiable bookings with official receipts from the airline/hotel. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend SFRV.

Hi Aidan, thank you for taking the time to share the details of your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your visa application was refused and that this caused you inconvenience and financial loss. To clarify our service: the flight and hotel documents we provide are reservation confirmations issued through airline/hotel reservation systems and are intended to demonstrate proposed travel plans for visa application purposes. They are not “fully paid tickets” or hotel vouchers, and they do not include airline/hotel payment receipts unless the customer specifically requests and purchases fully paid, refundable bookings (where available). Many applicants use confirmed reservations successfully; however, visa decisions are made solely by the embassy/consulate and can depend on multiple factors beyond flight and hotel documents. Regarding the message sent during your appointment, our representative confirmed that your reservations were confirmed/active in the reservation system at that time. This confirmation relates to the validity of the reservation itself, not a guarantee that an embassy will accept reservations in place of paid tickets or that a visa will be granted. On reimbursement: we understand why you requested compensation. However, third-party costs such as visa fees, travel to the appointment, and photos are paid to external providers and are outside our control. For that reason, we cannot reimburse those expenses. Where applicable, we review each case for any refund eligibility under our service terms. We would still like to look into your order carefully and see if there is any way we can assist going forward (including providing updated documentation, if needed, in line with your next application requirements). Please contact us through your original order email with your booking/reference number so our team can review the complete file. Thank you again for the feedback. e take it seriously and will use it to improve how we explain the difference between confirmed reservations and fully paid bookings with receipts, especially for applicants whose visa centre/embassy explicitly requires proof of payment.
