Don't waste your money in this scam website. I brought tickets for my parents visa and they initially gave a pdf made by a kid which cannot be verified in airlines website. Later after constant contact they gave another itenary which was verifiable in airlines website right after, but expired after a day-> basically a hold ticket which anyone can buy for free. We again asked for an verifiable itenary but they failed to do that. So we were forced to buy a spot ticket with significantly higher amount and causing mental stress.
Don't get brainwashed by the company advertisement of two weeks reservation. In addition to unnecessary stress, money loss is guaranteed.

I strongly advise anyone reading this not to submit documents through this company. Many of the documents they provide are not accepted at the VFS centre, and even if they submit them for you, they are often rejected later by the embassy. In the end, you will only waste your time and money.

They are often rejected at the VFS centre, and even if an agent submits them anyway, they will almost certainly be rejected later by the embassy. Please avoid these companies or you risk losing both your money and your time.

My flight reservation got verbally rejected by the Portuguese embassy at the appointment and I was forced to purchase a flight ticket there and then without proof of rejection then got this back from their support team. Do not use as it’s not accepted by alot of European countries
