Though I started preparation little late , with my experience , I liked the progress watch to monitor study pace helped a lot.Also to give feedback of active learning ,the end of topic each page quiz was helpful and challenging. I wish I had started early .

You guys missed the mark on the level 2 CFA. Level 1 was amazing, the instructors insightful, and the material engaging. Level 2, not so much. Three minutes per question, but the vignettes contain 5 minutes of reading material before you even get to the questions. I’ve never felt so unprepared for an exam despite putting in so much time. I suspect I will be retaking level 2, but it won’t be with Kaplan.

The study materials provided by Kaplan are far better than those provided by the CFA Institute itself. It's straightforward, really easy to understand. The study plan is well structured in order to help retain the maximum of the knowledge reviewed. If you really want to increase your chances of success, I would recommend using Kaplan

In terms of the academic side and the teachers’ professionalism, the experience was very good. However, the customer service is terrible — they are rude, take an eternity to answer your questions, and often don’t even respond at all. I ended up feeling extremely disappointed with everything that happened. I finished my course and wanted to know how I did on the written and speaking parts of the exam, which were supposedly graded by the teacher, but they never replied. Honestly, I didn’t want to keep sending emails because I truly believed I wouldn’t get any results. It’s a shame, because for an online course the price is not cheap, yet the service provided by the staff is really disrespectful — from the lower-level advisors to the higher-level ones, like William Albet. I hope things improve in the future and that my case doesn’t happen again, as I spoke with my classmates and we all agreed on the same thing.

Books, materiales and videos are Amazing. The content is good, the teacher is great (the one who gives 90% of the clases), there is one with a funny accent who is not bad, justo very Quick in giving the lesson. However, for some reason I don't know, the platform does not work on one of my computers even though I used it during book 1 and 2. The rest, perfect!!

I really loved the material and it was very thorough. Try to get through it and stick to the schedule they make you as it will help you get through the entire material. I found this when used with the caia mock exam was really helpful. The quicksheet and secret sauce were really helpful to revise everything.
