Edit: Wow, I have to update this review. I am in disbelief at this scammy, creepy company. Their employee contacted a third-party freight company to get my personal cell phone phone number after I told Scout & Nimble that I had already secured the delivery myself by coordinating directly with local shippers (after a long delay with no help from Scout & Nimble despite multiple email check-ins from me over a period of nearly two months). I then asked Scout & Nimble to stop contacting me. This person then felt the need to continue to contact me and brag that they got my personal cell phone number—even listing the number out in the email response to show that they had it. I did not think I'd be vaguely threatened by this furniture company when I ordered a chair, but here we are. Original: Shipping was extremely delayed—I've been waiting nearly two months for an item they labeled as "in stock." Customer service was also poor the multiple times I have reached out to try to resolve this. They just gave me their freight company's phone number and had me figure it out. No apology or acknowledgment. I would avoid in the future.

The order has been ready to be delivered for the past few weeks, and I do see that the freight carrier and our support team has reached out to you several times over the last couple of weeks via the phone number that you entered on your order. But based on the message we are receiving from that phone number, it does appear that the incorrect phone number was input when you placed your order with us. If you could please respond to the emails that our support team has sent this week, with your correct number, we will make sure that the carrier receives it so that they can contact you to schedule and complete the delivery. Thank you for your assistance with this matter. Updated: We're sorry to hear you've had this experience, and we understand the delay was frustrating. Don't Call, Maybe Email?
AMENDING MY REVIEW: Someone did reach back out today. Their phone system isn't the best so don't expect a call back but they were super responsive over email and gave me a call after that. They are at the mercy of drop shippers- just wish their was some more proactive notifications on status. Nonetheless, the customer experience member who reached out was more than lovely and explained the situation. Feeling better about receiving my order now! ________________________________________________________ They are impossible to get in touch with. Placed an order with no updates on a back-ordered item even the the item is now in stock and past the date they said it was back ordered to! They have a phone line but no one ever picks up or calls back. they dont even allow you to wait in a queue.

The discount code didn’t work. Was hoping the mirror would be $400 including delivery. This is the second mirror like this I’m buying. The first one i bought last year for myself and then this one is for my friend. But $470 is too expensive.

We ordered a bathroom vanity but then the work to install it was delayed months due to a poor contractor experience. Once we finally got to installation we discovered that the top to the vanity was damaged sitting shipping. Scout and Nimble ordered a replacement immediately, which arrived on time and they followed up! Great customer service!

Proceed with Caution
While they represent lovely furnishings, they are horrible at everything after you make your purchase. They don't tell you the merchandise is coming from the far East and it takes an inordinate amount of time just to get the merchandise on a ship. Then you wait for it to get across the ocean etc. I could have purchased the exact same thing from many other sources and receive the goods in a timely fashion! Then they said they attempted a partial delivery but I was here the entire day and no such attempt happened! While they have a lovely web site I would rather go with a name I trust! Proceed with caution!
