It was fine. Process took a while. Very invasive. Video calls they must pay your taxes etc. No human contact all emails but best rate and term

From there, I just assumed you preferred email as your preferred communication style since that was how I received a response. I apologize if that was not the case. The zoom call is part of our fraud prevention policy and most clients prefer the face to face communication. Dissappointed in southeast financial because they advertise that they can get you approved on loans as long as you have a 575 credit score and I have a credit score closer to 700 and they still denied the loan and never notified me. I had to check back later on to find out and when i did it still showed the status as awaiting approval but when i scrolled to the bottom it said loan denied. I won't be doing business with them in the future and I am going to not recommend to anyone.

I did a private party RV sale across state lines (Colorado to Florida) and it was no problem for SE Financial. Other lenders refused. But to them this was just another Tuesday. Fees are reasonable, communication was fantastic every step of the way, fast turn around, and they are meticulous about helping buyers and sellers avoid fraud!
