You shipped my pump in a timely manner
You shipped my pump in a timely manner. However, this is the third pump for this house since I have owned it. There are only two occupants of this house and I have purchased a cover for the pump as recommended and clean the filter twice a year as recommended but still the pump fails. It does not sit in water at any time. I have done everything you recommend but still my pump fails in 5 years or so. If there is anything else I can do let me know.
Fair prices and timely delivery.

Septic Solutions is a great company.
I have made several purchases over the last six years. Septic Solutions has always had a wide variety of products available and I have been able to find exactly what I need. They also have fair pricing and fast shipping. I don’t think there is any place better than Septic Solutions.

Replacement aerator motor
Everything needed to process and complete my warranty claim was clearly provided and I got the replacement motor in just a couple of days! Even got a custom correction based on the picture of the old aerator. Promises were kept. The only thing I can think of is, since I had to take e.g the brackets off of the old motor and put them on the new, would have been good to know any torque required.
Quick Resolution on this issue
Quick Resolution on this issue. And Quick delivery of the motor, what we needed
Overall, happy
I got some internal parts (the rubber ell tubes) for a Hiblow hp80 blower. I'm happy that septic solutions offered these parts, but I think they're priced a little high. I guess that's how they can offer "free" shipping. And I know for a fact that some of the parts they list can be found for less on Amazon. Overall, I guess I'm happy as Amazon didn't offer this part.

I have used Septic Solutions twice. Both times quick shipping and exactly what i needed to fix the problem. Good prices too! Highly recommended and I would definitely use them in the future.
