When our septic pump went out, I was shocked to see how expensive it was to replace it. I went online and found that Septic Solutions had a replacement pump for a much better price than I could find anywhere else. I called and talked to the lady and ordered a new pump. The pump arrived in a couple of days and works great. Septic Solutions had great customer service and was very fast on their delivery.

I called on the telephone because I could not tell from the information on line what septic tank pump I needed to replace the one I had. The person who answered was knowledgeable and could tell me immediately what model I needed as a replacement. It was shipped the same day, and my system is back in operation.
I was dreading the claim process. When I sent the message I was wondering if I would even get a response. Then the response came just as was promised in the two to three business days. The information was detailed and very acceptable. I sent in the pictures of the unit that has gone bad as requested. The next day I received an email telling me they were shipping me a new unit. Rebuild kit for Hiblow 80. Everything worked out perfectly and instruction video was great. Did not realize Septic Solutions had so many items. When I am in need of something else they will be my go-to place for my needs. Was very happy with first purchase in 2023 and now also pleased with my purchase in 2026. Great company.

If the item you ordered is a poor fit and you need to return it, be prepared to pay the following out of your own pocket: 1) the cost they paid to ship you the item. 2) the cost for you to ship the item back. 3) A 25% "RESTOCKING FEE", EVEN IF ITEM IS UNUSED, BOX UNOPENED, BOX JUST GLANCED AT. I can see paying for items 1) and 2), but 3) is a giant ripoff. Search YouTube for this short: "SEPTIC SOLUTIONS INC. - 25% RESTOCKING FEE NO MATTER WHAT!"
