Very quick service
Very quick service, highly recommend! I had a question about the pump I was needing and listen to this…..I called, talked to an actual person who answered the phone, she was very knowledgeable and had the answers. This may not seem like a big deal but in today’s business climate it is! Hung up ordered the pump all in about 2 minutes. The pump arrived 3 days later, exactly what I needed!
Poor customer service
Twenty minutes after ordering a Jet system aerator motor I found the receipt from 1 year and 10 months ago for the one that failed (3-year pro rated warranty) Called back and was told sorry no warranty because the order has been processed. If you offer a warranty you should stand behind it! Very unfriendly and condescending person on the phone.

Seems like a solid replacement
The shipping was quick and there wasn’t a problem with ordering. I asked for a return label to return the core from the old aerator but didn’t receive one. The unit seems like it’s high quality but the paint was scratched around two of the screws on the bottom of the unit which seems a little strange. The old unit had a weatherproof plug but this one only has a simple plug without any protection from the harsh environment of the septic tank.
You entered my wrong address on the…
You entered my wrong address on the Fed-x package printing label. My address is unit 9-18. You entered 9-19. I was not home at the time otherwise I would have seen the delivery truck and flagged him down. When I received an email from Fed-x saying I refused the package,I knew right away they were delivering to the wrong address. I immediately called Fed-x but in the end they wouldn't help me as they said the wrong address is printed on the label and the good need to be sent back to the supplier and I need to reorder the goods and talk to septic solutions. I drove all over town for 60 min. till I saw the Fed-x truck. Flagged him down to stop so I could get the goods. Other than that the whole ordering g process would have been great.

The air pump for my septic wasn’t working. I saw the video online on how to rebuild a pump and very quickly was able to diagnose the problem and my rebuild kit versus a new pump saving me hundreds of dollars thank you very much.

Got tired of digging up two holes to have my septic tank pumped. Did a little searching around the web for an affordable solution, and I kept going back to Septic Solutions. I purchased two clomplete riser kits which surpassed my quality assumptions, easy to install (all parts included, even drill bits), and I received the kits in four days (shipped free). I would recommend this business to everybody, they met or exceeded all of my expectations.

Not your problem....love your products
Not your problem....Air compressor motor quit. Replaced the magnets,diaphrams,& unit still didn't work. We are in county and recently had at least 5 thunder/lightening storms July August & few in Sept/Oct with loss of electricity........must have burnt or shorted out motor. Have purchased another compressor. Thanks
Fast shipping and easy installation
My 8&9 year old boys and I dug up our septic tank for routine maintenance on a Monday morning, measured the opening and ordered riser parts as needed.
