Tyona is a very knowledgeable and patient coach. I felt inundated by the amount of data in my report and I did not like number of emails I kept receiving. She showed me how to navigate the apps and data in a manner that was useful for my specific then she explained the way my subscription worked. She was great! Definitely exceeded my expectations by far!

I unfortunately wasn't able to complete the DNA testing process because my samples repeatedly came back with insufficient DNA, despite following all instructions and trying multiple times. While that was disappointing, I don't consider it a fault of the company. Some people simply appear to be poor candidates for cheek swab collection, and I seem to be one of them. What really stood out to me was the customer service. Throughout the entire process, the Sequencing.com team was responsive, patient and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions, and ultimately handled my cancellation and refund professionally and courteously. I would still recommend Sequencing.com based on the quality of their customer support and the way they treated me as a customer.

I ordered the 2 weeks processing one and got my results in 9 days since they received my sample. Testing the data files showed ~38x reads, way above 30x. Maybe I'm just lucky, so take my review with a grain of salt, but I'm definitely very happy.

Very easy to use the kit. Feedback and updates all the way through. Lots of good information along with the results. I do wish the information was collated in a way that was easier for the user to read. However the built in filter on the website is useful. The information is tracking with what I have been experiencing too. Very glad I did it!!

I had been interested in whole genome sequencing for awhile and wanted to know about particular gene mutations specifically pertaining to some health issues I have. This kit was amazing! The collection of samples was very easy and pain-free and after getting the results back, it was easy to sort through all of the information. It is all documented in a way that is easy to read and understand. They even include a 30 min. consult with a geneticist to go over any questions you may have. The pricing for what you receive in the end is very much worth it!

I recently found out I was adopted, so finding answers about my genetics and background was incredibly important to me. Sequencing provided exactly what I needed. Just like so many others have mentioned in their reviews, the sheer amount of useful, detailed information you get from them is amazing, yet it's still easy to digest. It really helped me piece things together. What truly made this a 5-star experience, though, was the personalized support. She took the time to walk me through my results, answered all my questions, and made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. I really like Sequencing. I enjoy researching reading and knowing about myself and issues going on. It was well worth the $400 I spent. You need to know learning about your body chemistry can be scary but empowering. I learned about my medications and what work and what won’t work and why. I learned I have markers for Alzheimer’s /dementia. I knew my mother had dementia and two of her sisters did. I knew strong genetics even though doctors and reading I have done said not genetic. Well my genetics say different. My daughter will be getting this done once she gets money saved up. I found out my medical information. This is not for weak but for those who read and research and want to know.

I had a really bad experience ordering from Europe. I got no prepaid shipping label. I had to figure out the customs process on my own, ship the sample back myself, the cheapest option to ship correctly costing about 50€ extra. If I get the customs declaration wrong, package might not arrive. Customer service didn't respond and offered no guidance. Update: upon opening a new ticket with customer service I kindly got a refund. Adding two stars to the review for that

Sequencing is absolutely the best of ALL the DNA/ ancestry companies out there. Their customer service is exceptional, as is the time it takes to complete the results. I have used other sites and things are fairly accurate compared to those sites. I highly recommend spending money to do a DNA test with this company. You will not regret it. I promise you!

While they sequence all of your DNA, not all values are high quality and they don't offer to redo those to get high quality. Do the resulting reports can be severely truncated. It is not worth the full cost, but might be worth a discount price. If they guaranteed the quality of the results then it would be valuable
