Go to Los Cerritos for any Samsung inquiry

Been going to the Glendale location since galaxy note 5... horrible service and always paid more for the phone than I should have. The los cerritos location did a hell of a job helping me fix my z flip 6 and purchasing my z Fold 7. I want to give a special shout-out to Miguel (samsung care tech) he was able to expedite my repair instead of making me wait like Glendale location and gave me cool tips on how to use my new zfold 7. Will ONLY be coming to Los cerritos for any samsung related repair/ purchase. Thank you MIGUEL for the unforgettable experience

Claim processing was simple and speedy

Claim processing was simple and speedy. Found a certified repair shop near by and set appointment. Phone was repaired with authentic samsung parts at ubreakwefix in a few hours. Staff super friendly and helpful.Same day turn around.
