This company responded quickly to a problem concerning color of fabric I ordered. They did their best to fix the problem and when no resolution was found, I was given a refund. I found them honest and caring and quick in dealing with the problem! I highly recommend Sewingpartsonline!
We love to shop locally but it’s hard to find a matching acrylic table for a specific serger. We had questions. The folks at sewing parts.com had pictures and answered all those questions and assured us that we could return it if it wasn’t & exact fit. The information and selection of everything to do with sewing is incredible and talking with them is like talking to a friend. Our order was shipped the same day. To sum up they are fast, friendly, and have everything we could ask for.

I have been learning to quilt.....and at times frustrated with my skills and confidence. I have been watching videos put out by Sewing Parts Online and I can't say how much they help. I recently contacted them with a question and they could not have been kinder!!! So excited to take a road trip to visit their brick and motor store in May!
I wanted to order the purple dragon quilt panel for my sons quilt and it would cost me about 3 times the price. With these prices I guess I wont be buying anything. Im really dissapointed. That would be the perfect panel.

I ordered some custom printed fabric. It looks like whoever cut it didn’t care. The edges are irregular and sloppy. One print was so close to the edge that there was barely any place to sew and to top that off. It was cut right up against the edge, and the edge was frayed.
Just a great experience dealing with this company. They’re super friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. If you’re looking for a awesome sewing company that actually cares about its customers, this is the place.
Nice help the lady emailed me a parts list pictures with all the parts numbers just with it had a list with the parts names also
