Item was broken

Item was broken, hinges opened up and were broken. Wife was so upset. Caused bruises from one use and falling off.

High quality

Very nice product,and high quality. It took two days for the product to ship, which they took the time to explain to me. Still the best price, and highest quality when I shopped around. And my wife will tell you I researched this swing as thoroughly as I researched our car.

Sorry for the delay in shipping. We received your order at 2:26 on a Friday and because of USPS pickup times we have a 12:00 cut off time. The last mail truck leave our town at 2:00. Sorry.

Yes, you ordered items from 2 separate warehouses. You did not contact support, so I will have them make sure you have tracking number for the second part which is due to arrive on Thursday. I can not share tracking information or deal with specifics of customer support on this thread. UPDATE: Tracking shows this arrived on Wednesday ahead of schedule. Let us know if you have any issues.

Needed two tracking numbers

I ordered two products that came from two different locations so they were not mailed together. It wasn’t until I got the first item that I found this out. I only received one tracking number and when it came I had to call to find out where the other item was. I gave only 4 Star because I was not told from the beginning they would be shipped separately and I wasn’t given both tracking numbers at the same time. Customer service was quick with response and sounded like a plausible explanation of why my order was not here.
