I had hoped that this app would be a good fit for me, unfortunately it wasn't. I didn't enjoy the recipes which was my primary reason for trying this out. Gabriella was quick to reply, asked if cost was a barrier and offered to find a solution to keep my business. In the end it was about the former so without further pushing or guilting like you see with other services to keep the account got my request to cancel completed right away.
