Really impressed with this experience. We shipped eight suitcases from Los Angeles to Washington DC and the entire process was super easy. Brought the suitcases to FedEx, they took care of everything, and then our suitcases even arrived across the country a day early.

My daughter had a big suitcase that she didn't want to take on the 2nd leg of her summer trip so we shipped it home using ShipGo. They made the process easy and the suitcase arrived safe and on-time.
Great experience. No hassles with Ship and Go. Not a fan of FedEx though. Their communication and delivery time information is wrong and misleading. FedEx is the problem.

Very simple procedure. Pack it up, label it, leave it on porch for pickup. Delivery was swift and accurate. Pricing was reasonable. Would definitely use ShipGo again.

I’ve used them multiple times over the years since I do travel work and need things shipped for moving. This time, my things were picked up at my short term rental when and as expected and delivered to my home earlier than expected. I followed the directions of type of box to use and labeling (“this side up”) and the two large boxes arrived intact. I’ve only had good experiences with ShipGo I find the company reliable and the customer service helpful and friendly. They do stress what insurance will and will not cover—always beyond what seems necessary for me, but I assume it’s because they’ve had experiences that drive that behavior.
My package got to its destination, with no problems. I hope future deliveries reach their destination with no problems too!

AMAZING!! The customer service is outstanding! I scheduled a few days before I needed to ship - spoke to customer service (a real person called me right back) after the business hours they posted on their website - it was a weekend. They helped me get everything set up and answered all of my questions. Then, on the day of pickup, I wanted another bag the day of my order. Customer service added it, no problem. I just needed to print the tag. After the bags were picked up, I was concerned that the online tracking only showed one bag, customer service explained that the pickup driver sometimes only scans one bag and they would follow up with me the next day to confirm. Guess what? That’s exactly what happened with tracking AND customer service actually DID follow up the next day. The only “bad” thing was that the bags arrived 4 business days EARLIER than expected (they were air shipped from CA to NYC rather than the ground shipping I paid for) so just be aware of that when ordering - and/or notify your hotel or place of destination they may need to hold luggage for you. Overall 10/10. Would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!!
Used Shipgo to send out boxes for a cross country move, they picked the boxes at my door and made it to the destination earlier than expected. Was super easy to set up, and transparent communication of every step in transit. Will absolutely use Shipgo again!
