ShipGo a great new discovery
Traveling with three suitcases and a box was not my idea of elegance. I asked Chat GPT how I could more easily transport everything I needed to get from one place to another while avoiding the usual shipping companies I knew to be prohibitively expensive. ShipGo was suggested and visited the webiste simply to get information. The website made it easy to fill in the details of what I wanted to send and the price was so reasonable, I decided to take a chance and use it for everything, but the best was yet to come. I had the option of waiting for a pickup at my house of droppiing everything at the local FedEx office where they would attach the labels. I opted to drop them off and it took about 2 minutes. I'd selected the date I wanted them delivered on the ShipGo website so I collected the dropoff receipt, handed over the labels I printed from the site, and hoped for the best. Each and every item arrived either on or before the dates requested and in perfect shape. I will use ShipGo without hesitation for the return trip and beyond. I've already recommended it to everyone I know. Kudos to ShipGo, a company that actually does what they say they'll do and they are available by phone with actual humans every day. Who could ask for more?
This experience was good. The boxes were very beat up and although I taped them with three rolls of packing tape - one roll each box they were crushed in places and so I probably wouldn’t send them in boxes anymore, but rather suitcases.
Have used a number of times - suit cases always picked up on time and delivered with no problems ever - good solid reliable company for moving bars around
It was so easy, I left the luggage at the front desk of the hotel and they picked it up right on schedule. The bag was even delivered earlier than expected which was great!
The customer service was good but my bag arrived looking like it had been thrown down the stairs. Terribly beaten up, It was always a carry on so never saw a damage at the hands of baggage handlers.
Would not use the service again.

Always easy to to ship with ShipGo! Their website is easy, their customer service is super helpful, and all of my shipments are picked up and delivered with no issues. It makes traveling much easier not having to worry about so many cases.
