Why do I have to guarantee my tickets after I bought them. Also where is my receipt? Why should I fill a questionnaire out before I get my tickets?!

Somehow I got on ShipmentProtect's recurring membership without my knowledge - this is not a service I would ever signup for. I called, but only received a message I would receive a callback. I never established an account with ShipmentProtect, but I entered my email for a login and selected forgot password. I received a password reset - and when I logged into the account I never opened, they had all my personal information, including credit card info. I deleted the account - but I'm miffed it was opened in the first place without my knowledge... and I wonder, how? $29 a month to protect against porch pirates - ridiculous! The fact they were able to establish an account without me specifically signing up - infuriating! If I could give them zero stars, I would!
